As an Associate Broker Realtor I am asked who can I use for this or that repair. I have used Homecraft Builders for the past 3 years. I have called them to do repairs on clients homes before listings and when items needed taken care of for a sale. They gained my trust when I had a Foreign Client that purchased a home from me with out seeing it. 2 Weeks before they were to come to US to move it home was broken into and furnace, and hot water tank was stolen. This caused flooding in the main floor and basement.. I called Matt and Said I am in deep trouble can you help. With in an hour they showed up, gave me an estimated cost of repair and started on the job with in hours. They took this Home all the way down to the Studs and sub floor. It looked like a new construction home with bare walls that first week during Rehab. The next week they had it all put back together and as good as new. They took my problem and made it their own. My client was as thrilled this could all be done in such a timely fashion. If you ever need any work done they are the first and only call.
